As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Your Rights Under EU Directive 2023/2673

  • You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
  • If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are personalized or made to your specifications
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
  • Goods which have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
  • Digital content supplied if performance has begun with your prior express consent
